Currently partnered with a market leading electrical distributor based in Manchester, Advancing People Multilingual are seeking a German-speaking Business Development Executive to join a vibrant and growing sales team.
As a Business Development Executive, you will contribute toward an increased level of performance within the existing Sales team by proactively identifying and acquiring new business in German territories, whilst managing and developing existing accounts. This is an entry-level role within the business which provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to build a successful career within sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identifying new customers through independent research
- Proactively cold-calling German-speaking markets in order to advise on and sell company products
- Logging calls and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Monitoring market trends in order to identify business opportunities
- Securing sales with new accounts
- Upselling to existing accounts acquired through business development
Skills and Specification:
- Fluency in German
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment
- Excellent telephone manner and self-confident
- A competitive spirit with the desire to reach and exceed targets
- Eagerness to take advantage of the extensive training which is provided
- A self-motivated individual with ambitions to build a succesful career in sales
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a starting salary of £22,000 + bonus and commission.
