Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Turkish Speaking Telephone Call Analyst for their client based in Exeter, Devon.
As a Turkish Speaking Telephone Call Analyst it will be your responsibility to analyse customer to client customer service calls for a large technology based client. Providing detailed and accurate feedback on their service delivery and quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyst pre-recorded Customer Service Calls
- Deliver high quality feedback from each call
- Assist with new projects
- Ensure all project analysis is completed in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback on adherence to policies and appropriate procedures used to enable client to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Fluent in Turkish
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Positive "can do" attitude
This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of £17,000 - £17,600 + attractive company benefits.
