Advancing People Multilingual is working on behalf of a large international retailer who, due to expansion, is looking to recruit a German, French or Spanish speaking Service Desk Team Leader, based in Birmingham.
The Service Desk Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of 2 Service Desk Analysts to ensure that support, staffing and processes are maintained to a high level, and will work together with the Service Desk Manager to achieve targets, and assist with reporting, analysis and strategic planning
- Support stores with any IT related issue
- Resolve queries and issues with their EPOS till systems
- Effectively resolve escalated calls.
- Direct any requests to correct department and source the information they need to operate
- Communicate with different retail stores
- Support the European Operations team on projects and tasks
- Fluent in one of the following languages - German, French or Spanish.
- Ideally you'll have previous Service Desk Analyst experience and managerial/leadership/supervisor experience.
- You will be a keen team player.
- You will be computer literate; familiar with Microsoft Office packages.
- IT Literate
In return our client is offering a basic salary of up to £22,000 along with an excellent benefits package.
