Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Dutch speaking Service Desk/Helpdesk/Web Support/Technical Support Analyst for their client based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.
As a Dutch speaking Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support Analyst it will be your responsibility to provide technical support via the telephone and email to the German speaking region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of requests following them to resolution
- Proactive when dealing with customer issues
- Offer technical support/1st line support/helpdesk/ service desk
- Work with colleagues to ensure excellent customer experience, peer reviews
- Help maintain knowledge articles and other internal documentation
- Meet SLA's
- Attend customer meetings
- Fluent in Dutch
- Technically minded and customer focused
- Technical support/Service Desk/Helpdesk/1st line support
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Maintain a calm, analytical disposition
- Have practical experience in a support environment
This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of £22,000 + attractive company benefits!
