Job Description

Due to our client's growth and expansion, Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a fluent German speaking candidate to join the Customer Service department of our client in the Cambridge area.

The role will be based in their contact centre and will involve shift work (including weekends) in the hours between 9am - 5.30pm.

In this role you will deal with German and English speaking customers via email and phone regarding their orders of items from the company, delivery arrangements, etc. It is a straightforward role, in a pleasant environment, and an office full of lovely people.

Training is provided, so you will be supported from the start.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming emails and calls from customers
  • Deliver high quality customer service
  • Assist with new customers' questions
  • Process orders received via the telephone, e-mail, fax or internet
  • Be passionate about increasing customer satisfaction and building relationships with regular clients

Person Specification:

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken German & English
  • Be open to flexible working hours, including weekends

  • Good computer skills
