Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Bilingual German and French speaking Sales Administrator to join their established client who specialize in providing office design solutions.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic and organized person to join the team of an accomplished market leading company within their field, and be a part of a friendly international team providing outstanding service quality for the company's clients.
You must be fluent or native in all three languages: French, English, and German. Minimum level of fluency required for this role is C1 in each language.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process stock orders with strong focus on deadlines
- Process bespoke orders with maximum accuracy
- Be resourceful when dealing with delays and work creatively to come up with alternative solutions in cooperation with other departments
- Resolve queries and handle complaints
- Raise credit requests and check invoices against orders
- Provide switchboard service for incoming calls when necessary to transfer to alternative departments
- Must be fluent in French, English, and German - C1 fluency or native fluency as a minimum
- Excellent communication and organizational skills accounts
- Keen attention to detail and ability to works on several projects simultaneously
- A team player with the willingness to proactively get involved with a range of ad hoc aspects of the role as part of the team and on own initiative
This is a full time permanent position, Monday - Friday, offering an annual salary of up to £25,000!
