Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Service Desk Agent for their client based in Cambridge, UK. This role would suit a recent graduate from an IT course background, or an experienced tech professional.
As a Service Desk Agent it will be your responsibility to provide support assistance via the telephone and email to business customers from the Dutch speaking region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow and understand industry best practise support methodologies
- Take ownership of requests ensuring you follo through to resolution
- Proactive and analytical when dealing with customer issues
- Help maintain knowledge articles and other internal documentation
- Meet agreed service levels whilst adopting ITIL processes
- Attend customer meetings
- Fluent in Dutch
- Technically minded and customer focused
- Must have experience in an IT or IT support role
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Be proactive, analysitcal, and professional
- Ideally ITIL experience & potentially aware of SQL
This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of up to £28,000.
