Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are working with an established and successful client based in Gillingham, Dorset who is recruiting for a German speaking Client Services Executive to join their existing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing customer product enquiries with global vendors to find the best price, leadtime and quality options available, all within a specified timeframe.
  • Ensuring that manually-sent orders have the required compliance classifications, and product delivery details necessary to carry out the request.
  • Consulting with end users in cases where requirements cannot be met as per their instructions.
  • Creating orders in SAP and ensuring that they reach vendors in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with vendors and end users to ensure that open orders are tracked and delivered correct and on time.
  • Ensuring that all orders are completed and closed off on the system in a timely manner.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Fluent in German
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent package
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Clear vision of service expected by customers
  • Good communication skills
  • Strength in interpersonal relationships, between customers, suppliers and inter-company
  • Positive support to develop creative solutions in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

This is a permanent full time position offering a salary of upto £26,000 plus attractive company benefits.
