Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for an Account Manager for their client based in Manchester.
Our client is a global leader in the creative promotional merchandise arena and one of the largest promotional product suppliers in the world. Our reputation for quality, service and customer satisfaction is second to none and our impressive client list includes Google, Michelin, Exxon Mobil, L'Oreal and JCB to name a few. With annual sales in excess of £80 million our client employs over 350 people globally across Manchester, London, Germany, Ireland, Turkey, Hong Kong, Shanghai and St. Louis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Contribute to the annual budget creation and re-forecasting as required.
* Collaborate with Design, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure we are meeting client requests, needs and continually improving.
* Work in Partnership with Lead Generation Manager to cleanse, develop, update and harvest leads whilst building awareness and affinity to the business.
* To attend main trade shows and events as required.
* Manage relationships to build a pipeline of leads with key decision makers.
* Planning and Organisation - high levels of Customer service to achieve key goals and maximise your potential with key accounts
* Strong customer focus and professional approach
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Personable with gravitas within the industry and with key decision makers
* Proactive, takes ownership
* Line Management experience with proven ability to lead, coach and set business targets aligned with company objectives
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £18,000 - £21,000 + attractive company benefits.
